The genetically engineered superkiller known as 47 has decided to try his hand at gardening, to live a quiet life far away from that of a paid assassin.
But when the priest at the church where he works is kidnapped, 47 must again return to his roots and track down the perpetrators of a global conspiracy aimed at bringing 47 himself into the crosshairs.
